Meet Our Team


Pictured are owners Hallie and Kyle Raasch. Kyle handles all of the day-to-day operations, deliveries and customer interactions while Hallie handles all of the behind-the-scenes operations. The business was founded by Kyle in 2007 and in 2024 Hallie joined him as owner. 
Standing guard is the head of our security team, Bo Deiter. You will often hear him before you see him but he is always patrolling the area, keeping a sharp eye on things. Here he is inspecting the shop, making sure no treats go unfinished. On his down time, Deiter enjoys eating snacks, hunting chipmunks and watching TV. 
Watson is the other half of the K.R. Kustoms security team. He can usually be found sunbathing or rolling in the yard. He always ensures his brother has back up when it comes to barking when you arrive! In his off time, he enjoys hanging out with his Dad, Kyle, as well as napping in fuzzy blankets and throwing toys around the house.
